I do have some experience with Quake and GldSrc map making... should I make a NZ:P map?

how to download this version that is offline use pls because every other version is online
This isn't to download. This is an online only version. If you want to play offline, you can load the game online before turning your internet off. I'm assuming you are playing on a Chromebook, so my advice to start a Linux VM and download the Linux version from the official NZP itch.io.

what game engine is this? this is GldSrc in the web browser?
No, this is a modified version of the Quake engine. Both are heavily related though, so I could see someone misnaming the two.
